AU Finance to take over Foxhog’s Indian Business, to buy major stakes

Newly emerging Banking firm AU small finance is all set to take over Indian business of foxhog Ventures Corp. after the sudden appointment of new Head for Indian operations,Major stake holder Royal finance has decided to sell out the company to AU small finance bank. The merger or acquisition will take place once the board approves the related documents as per RBI guidelines.
